You have forgotten your password?
You have several options to reset your password.
With the terminals
As a student or employee, you can use the chip card to reset your password at one of the self-service terminals (Uni-East: Entrance South and Entrance East, Uni-West: Foyer Bibliotheks-Zentrale).
With your e-mail address
If you can still receive the e-mails of your university address because you have stored the password in the e-mail program, you can set yourself a new password. To do this, go to the Identity Management of the University of Ulm and click on I have forgotten my password

With the helpdesk
If you do not have access to your e-mails, you can contact the helpdesk. They can reset your password after verifying your identity. The contact details for the helpdesk can be found below under I need help
